Northern Virginia, aka NoVa, is unlike any other area in the state. Not only is it one of the wealthier places in the country, but it's also one of the most 'progressive'. Perhaps NoVa's most famous city is Arlington. While Arlington is best known for being the host city of the National Cemetery, the east coast city has a lot more to offer than just that singular monument.
