An easy breakfast recipe with kway teow, fish balls and tomatoes soup. Fish balls, fish cakes, prawns and all other ingredients can be easily available at wet markets. A healthy and delicious food for breakfast if you make it yourself at home. These days we want to have simple, quick and easy meals with less oil. We don’t always need to have bone broth because it’s too oily and contains saturated fats which is not healthy. Can also add white tofu if available.

INGREDIENTS for the Recipe
300g flat noodles/ kway teow
4 cups of water
4 tomatoes
Some shredded ginger
1 tsp himalayan rock salt
1 tsp mushroom granules
Fish cakes
5-6 fish balls
8 prawns
Coriander for garnish
Boil 4 cups of water. When boiled add tomatoes, salt and mushroom granules. Let it boil in mild heat for 8-10 minutes. Then add fish cakes, fish balls and prawns. Add more salt or seasoning according to your individual taste. Lastly add the flat noodles. Serve immediately, so delicious. No flat noodles, can add meehoon or any noodles of your choice.
