Its one of the most effective designs that I made because the hole is only 1x1 and you are confined in a small box while standing in a small trapdoor platform so when you swap someone they can't easily escape, and if they didn't fall you or the teammates can just hit the player and they will get knocked off, also its very fast to setup only requiring you minimal materials of 30-50 wood.
