New Delhi, Sep 05 (ANI): A passing out parade was held at Police Training College, Jharoda Kalan in Delhi on September 04 to mark the entry of 312 recruit constables in the Delhi Police. Delhi Police Commissioner Rakesh Asthana took salute and reviewed the Passing out Parade. (AS)
