Here are some short glimpses of some mock interviews ( PERSONALITY TEST ) taken long ago.

Remember it is NOT important whether you can answer all the questions correctly or not , rather HOW you answer is important & your approach to the question and your way of response reflects your personality.

A solution focused , clear logical and just mind , confident (not overconfident) demeanor , courage , integrity , empathy , leadership qualities are essential attributes of an attractive personality.

Also good communication skills essentially encompasses a very good listening and interpretation skills. Also don't get too judgemental watching this video. Remember it takes courage to face a board.
