The HSTV-L is in a pretty weird spot in War Thunder. It shreds in downtiers, but is practically useless when coming up against teams of Leopard 2s. Another example of why BR decompression should be a thing, I guess. The HSTV-L is still underperforming in some minor ways, namely the round's performance and its offroad mobility.
