In this roundtable, we focus on how the water sector can embrace market openness – something which banking and engineering has already begun to pioneer. We draw on some recent research for the engineering sector that examines the challenges and opportunities and looks into the available approaches for increasing access to data, from data-sharing agreements and data pooling, through to decentralised data publishing.
