Babette de Rozieres is the Guadeloupe Islands culinary Ambassador and also the founder of the first French West Indian Gastronomy Convention .During her press conference De Rozieres stated “We have a strong identity and we need to be able to showcase our Savoir Faire, and to share the best of our Cuisine”. The first French West Indian Gastronomy Convention will take place in Paris on February 7th, 8th and 9th.
