2-Ingredient Air Fried Donuts
Ingredients:
4.6 oz vanilla-flavored yogurt
4.6 oz self-rising flour
Olive oil or additional flour (as needed)
Cooking spray (optional)
Optional toppings: chocolate drizzle or powdered sugar
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dough:
In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla yogurt and self-rising flour. Stir until a dough forms. If the dough is sticky, add a little olive oil or more flour until it reaches a manageable consistency.
2. Shape the Donuts:
Divide the dough into small portions, rolling each portion into 0.8 oz balls.
3. Preheat the Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
4. Prepare for Air Frying:
Lightly spray or brush the dough balls with olive oil to help them crisp up during cooking.
5. Air Fry the Donuts:
*Place the balls in the air fryer basket, making sure they are spaced apart. Cook for about 15 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
6. Add Toppings:
Once done, remove the donuts and allow them to cool slightly. Drizzle with chocolate or sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
