Today I will show you how I prepared yukgaejang, Korean spicy beef stew! What we need to prepare it:
- 12 cups of water
- 400g of beef brisket
- 1 medium onion
- 4 dried shiitake mushrooms
- 4 whole cloves of garlic
- sesame oil
- 4 tbsps of hot chili pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of soup soy sauce
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 150g of soaked gosari
- green onion
- 100g of soaked glass noodles
- mung bean sprouts
- salt & pepper
