Plantopedia are videos where I give the definitions for gardening terms. In this video, I explain what a Deciduous Conifer is and show a beautiful Autumn example. The tree featured is an American tree that is commonly referred to as the Swamp Cypress or Bald Cypress, due to its ability to grow in waterlogged swamps and its bald winter appearance. Its botanical name is Taxodium distichum.
