As the World Commemorated World Aids Day, DUBA SAKALA, a Zambian who has lived with HIV for 23 years says early testing and more awareness on the disease can help reduce the prevalence rate among young people.
Ms. SAKALA says being diagnosed with HIV does not mean a death sentence.
She adds that changes in lifestyle such as an improved diet and exercises can help prolong one's life.
