Piotr Rakowski, Senior Advisor for Arctic affairs, Legal and Treaty Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland spoke at the #ArcticCircleChina Forum in Shanghai. Mr. Rakowski took part in the plenary session on Trans-regional cooperation for a sustainable Arctic and reflected on what the role of the international community is in Arctic affairs.
