Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the Kremlin in Moscow, where he met Russian President Vladimir Putin. Ahead of the meeting Modi called on his “friend” to seek a peaceful end to the war in Ukraine, a day after a deadly missile strike on a children’s hospital in Kyiv provoked international outrage.
