Austrian excellence... again :) Both the Steyr AUG A1, and AUG A3 from my earlier video, are among the most accurate non-match barreled self-loading rifles I've shot. The factory 1.5x scope with its "donut" reticle is tricky to get a precise aiming point with at 100 yards, but the accuracy is on par with or even beating out some MK12 Mod0 and Mod1 clones my friends and myself have (Bartlein, Krieger, and Douglas barrels). Accurate, low recoil, reliable, durable, good balance, cool looking, both retro and futuristic. The AUG is my favorite rifle for my own subjective reasons and objective reasons.

FYI, the video doesn't capture all the 10rd groups I've shot. I picked out what is best representative for a specific ammo type shown in the video. I also believe 10rd group is the best method to test rifle accuracy since I've tried 20rd groups in my other guns as well and it was very similar to 10rd groups. I can't say the same for 3rd or 5rd groups.

And yes, like we all know the gun/barrel will have preferences. Also yes, I can't possibly afford ALL the available ammo out there to test out especially for a non-sponsored individual like myself and for a 100% non-monetized channel.
