Martha May’s headpiece is made out of a gift from the Grinch! When Martha May is recounting the story of how she met the Grinch to Cindy Lou, she can be seen wearing a headpiece made out of some coloured jewels. When we are shown the flashback, we can see that the jewels were a part of the gift that the Grinch had made for Martha as a young boy. He had made her a homemade christmas angel out of a bike horn, silverware and the jewels that she still wears after all those years.
