Sugar 150g (¾ cup)
Melted Butter 150g (⅔ cup)
3 Eggs
Plain Flour 175g (1 cup, 3 tablespoons)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Lemon essence ½ teaspoon (optional)
Candied peels 2-3 tablespoons
Flaked Almons

Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan 7-inch round

Bake in a preheated oven at 170c (338f) for 35-40 minutes
