I was going to go on a rant about people who weigh upwards of 500+lbs, but it's not worth it. I feel bad for some of them who have a big desire to use food to comfort themselves and go overboard who genuinely want to get better but do not have the resources.
Anyway, I don't know how Jack came up with these recipes, but the choices are pretty obvious for what you should have.
