This easy and delicious 3 ingredient Maple Fudge Recipe is a MUST try! These bite size treats are a great way to satisfy that sweet tooth and are a great way to get in those healthy daily fats. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1.5 tbsp maple syrup
½ cup natural peanut butter (or other nut butter of choice)
1.5 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions:
Combine nut butter and coconut oil in small dish
Warm in microwave until smooth and melted
Stir in maple syrup
Pour into pan or molds
Place in freezer for a minimum 10 min until set
Remove from tray and enjoy!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer so they don't melt :)
