As you prepare for the next step in your recovery, we want you to know what to expect every step of the way. This video addresses what to expect on your first day at our hospital.
First, we will perform a detailed assessment of your healthcare needs and introduce you to your care team, which includes you and our staff of doctors, nurses, therapists and your case manager. If you have questions about your care at any time during your rehabilitation stay, contact your case manager, your physician, the department director or the hospital administrator. We are happy to assist you any way we can.
You will be provided a WITH Notebook to help you keep track of your team members and your rehabilitation plan.
