Dry camping, or boondocking, on BLM and National Forest land is open and free to the public. This adventure takes place in Linn County, OR along Quartzville Creek. A popular camping destination with the locals, there are MANY established campsites both next to the creek and on the branch roads off Hwy 11. It's April and the spring runoff from the Cascades is making the creek into more of a raging river!
