Tibetan bread which is also known as Gurung bread in Nepal (especially in hilly region of Nepal) is a sweet warm bread which is served as a breakfast or brunch in hilly region of Nepal with honey or with potato curry. It is really easy to make and is vegan friendly.
To make this comfort breakfast, all we need is
250g Plain flour
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Baking powder
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
118ml Milk
50 Ml water
Extra oil for frying
It can served with honey or with potato curry.
