Pasta Making Class in Italy. I went to learn how to make authentic and traditional Italian Fresh pasta in Florence, Italy. I learned to make 5 different fresh pasta shapes and 4 sauces (Italian grandma's recipe) from an Italian chef who used to work in many Michelin Star restaurants. Tortellini Fettuccine Pappardelle Ravioli Florentine style ragu, brown butter and sage sauce aglio olio etc... we also learned a lot about Italian food stories.

This is my own experience taking Pasta Class Florence and we had an amazing time. Best pasta class and best butter and sage and Tuscan bolognese ragu and summer tomato sauce I ever tried!
