Ginisang Pechay sa Sardinas
Ingredients:
2 bunches pechay tagalog (sliced)
1 small can green or red sardines
2-3 cloves garlic
1 onion
2 tomato (optional)
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp seasoning granules or salt
pepper
Water
Instruction:
*Sauté onion,garlic and tomato
*Add sardines and water
*Season with seasoning granules or salt and pepper
*Simmer for 3-4
*Then add the pechay
*Mix well and simmer for another 1-2 mins.
*Serve with steamed rice
*Share and enjoy!
