A look at the work done to try and rivet and bolt cast and plate armour together during WW2 and the subsequent firing trials undertaken at Shoeburyness to establish whether it would work or not. The cast fronted Cavalier is I believe a new discovery and previously unknown and an interesting if a brief missing part on British armour design
I chose to go with this new layout if anyone is wondering simply as the aspect ratios of the original photos would not fit youtube, and so i had 3 choices, enlarge but crop out stuff, have black borders which i hate, or create a background. - let me know if u like it or hate it below
