On December 16th, IPI together with the Permanent Mission of Germany to the UN, cohosted a policy forum entitled, “Navigating Crisis and Opportunity: The Peacekeeping Transition in Darfur.” The event was moderated by Director of IPI's Brian Urquhart Center for Peace Operations Jake Sherman.
