This is Nakhal Fort
The largest fort in Al Batinah region
It's named after the Wilayat of Nakhal
It is situated in Jabel Nakhal
It dates back to the pre-Islamic period
and was rebuilt by Omani architects in the 17th century
In 1990, it was fully renovated
