Adelaide, South Australia Walking Tour [4k-60fps] | North Terrace, Rundle Mall, Hindley Street
We start off where we ended the last video - on North Terrace east of King William Street. We head east along the south side of North Terrace past the State Library, Art Gallery of South Australia, South Australian Museum and two Universities to East Terrace. There we can see some of the festivities of the Fringe Festival at the Garden of Unearthly Delights before heading west along the closed to traffic portion of Rundle Street. We continue along Rundle Street and cross Pultney Street to continue our walk through Rundle Mall. After walking the length of Rundle Mall we cross King William Street and continue heading west along Hindley Street until we get to Morphett Street. We then head north along Morphett Street past Sia Furler Lane and the Jam Factory to North Terrace again where we conclude outside the Lion Arts Factory.
This is the best time of the year to visit Adelaide. There is a lot happening - the Adelaide Festival, the Fringe Festival and WOMAdelaide, just to name a few and the weather is just perfect.
Adelaide is South Australia’s cosmopolitan coastal capital. Its ring of parkland on the River Torrens is home to renowned museums such as the Art Gallery of South Australia, displaying expansive collections including noted Indigenous art, and the South Australian Museum, devoted to natural history.
