A large number of academics are being affected by mental health issues such as anxiety and depression, yet, the topic is rarely discussed in an open manner.
We want to increase awareness on the topic of mental health in graduate studies.
In this video, Prof. Christopher J. Cramer, Distinguished McKnight Professor at the University of Minnesota Department of Chemistry, will share the story of his struggles with depression during his graduate studies and explain how he recovered and got back on track with the rest of his path in science.
