Poutine recipe

In This Video We Walk You Through the recipe for poutine.Poutine is a dish of french fries and cheese curds topped with a brown gravy

Ingredients
Gravy:
1 shallot
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp fresh thyme
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 beef broth

French fries
Cheese curds

Gravy
Cook onions until tender, add garlic and thyme. Add butter and flour, cook 5 min. Add chicken and beed stock. Cook until thick, strain

French fries
Cut potatoes and soak in ice cold water for 1+ hour. Dry with paper towels. First deep fry for 5 min at 300F oil. Remove heat oil to 375F and fry 2 more minutes until golden and crispy. Season with salt
