This species of Orchid called Phalaenopsis amabilis one of the iconic flowers of Indonesia. First discovered by a Dutch botanist, Dr. C.L. Blume.
These orchids are widespread ranging from Malaysia, the Philippines, to Australia. The way of life in an epiphytes clinging to the trunk or branches of trees in the forests and thrives up to 600 meters above sea level. The flower has beautiful colors, white and yellow in lips.
