Join AussieJetSetter for his first ever review of REX - Regional Express Airlines and what better way to do it in style on Australia's busiest flight route between Melbourne and Sydney in business class on the once primarily regionally focused carrier's recently acquired ex Virgin Australia Boeing 737-800 aircraft that the airline have been operating with beginning back only in March 2021!

In this flight review I will give you an inside look at what you can expect with the REX Business Class experience on their Boeing 737-800 aircraft in 2024. From the in-flight amenities to the onboard food and beverage, in flight entrainment and seating i'll put REX to the ultimate test and see whether the airline actually is delivering on all the hype and reputation as a strong contender for Australia's best value airline and business class! I will also offer my thoughts on how REX's business class is placed in Australia's very competitive east coast inter-capital city flight market at the moment and what they need to do properly compete with Virgin Australia and Qantas.

As an added bonus I will also visit and review the REX Lounge at Melbourne Airport before the flight!
