The High Court in Johannesburg is today set to hear the urgent application launched by the uMkhonto weSizwe party against the Judicial Services Commission.
The party seeks a declaratory order that the conduct of the JSC to deny a postponement of its interviews be declared unconstitutional.
It also seeks to interdict the JSC from sitting in the absence of its Parliamentary leader, Dr John Hlophe.
