3 Weeks Pregnant | Early Pregnancy Symptoms Before BFP (Two Week Wait). I knew I was pregnant before the BFP (big fat positive) and before missed period at 3 weeks pregnant (which means only 1 week after conception). I am sharing all the pregnancy symptoms that I experienced before I finally got my positive pregnancy test at 9 DPO!
