Time is money. When it comes to purchasing a new machine, understanding exactly how a machine operates is key. Simply looking at a specification sheet and price will often paint only half the picture.

So, when we received a call to complain that it takes 20 seconds to fold one basic component (including handling) on a relatively new press brake. Did they do enough research? Did they ask the right questions?
