Did I Miss Anything?  What's the new Interest Rate for HDB Loans?

Over here at LAH SG, we've been getting many queries asking if the interest rate for HDB loans has been adjusted to 3%. The short answer is NOPE! 

The current HDB concessionary interest rate still stands at 2.6% (until 31st Dec 2022). The 3% is generally used as a rule of thumb to gauge the loan amount one is eligible for.
