Ingredients:
Bamboo Shoots (1Can)
Coconut milk or cream(1Can) but I added more 3Tbsp only optional
Squash
White or Yellow Sweet Corn in a can or bag of your choice
Spinach or Saluyot
Raw Shrimp
Pork or Shrimp Knorr Cubes Optional
Fish sauce (2Tsp-1Tbsp)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Minced garlic (5cloves
)
Minced Onion
Julienne cut or sliced Ginger (1-2Thumbs)
Vegetable oil
Water 3Tbsp
