SOLVED... Update - January 4, 2020: ZY Play app on my Android phone cannot connect to the smooth SOLVED! Here's how... (1) I turned off my iPhone Bluetooth, (2) Then I powered off and on my Samsung Galaxy S10, (3) Connect with ZY Play app again and it works!!!
So, for Android users, it is safe to upgrade to firmware version 1.77.

How to Upgrade / Update the Zhiyun Smooth 4 Firmware...
Ingredients: USB to USB-C cable, a Mac or PC, the Zhiyun Smooth 4.
Step 1: Go to Zhiyun's official website. [ Ссылка ]
Step 2: Go to the download page. [ Ссылка ]
Step 3: Download 2 files, the Upgrade Tool, and the Firmware. [ Ссылка ]
Step 4: Unzip the 2 files. [ Ссылка ]
Step 5: Connect the Smooth 4 to the Mac or PC. [ Ссылка ]
Step 6: Power up the Smooth 4. [ Ссылка ]
Step 7: Activate the Gimbal Tool Software. [ Ссылка ]
Step 8: Select the USB port. [ Ссылка ]
Step 9: Select the firmware file. [ Ссылка ]
Step 10: Click on the Upgrade button. [ Ссылка ]
Wait for less than one minute and you are done. Disconnect the Smooth 4 and start using it like new.
