We’re Making
CARROT TUNA
4 Carrots cleaned
2 pieces of celery
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup red bell pepper chopped
1/4 vip green onion sliced
Juice of 1 lemon
A good squeeze dijon mustard
1-2 tbsp dill relish
1 tbsp nori Furikake
2tsp or more coconut aminos
Just magic seasoning to taste
RAW CASHEW MAYO
1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked)
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Just Magic Seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Water (as needed for thinning)
Sushi
Nori sheetsnor rice paper
Cucumber strips
Avocado strips
Sesame seeds
MASSAGED KALE SALAD
1 bunch kale leaves (stems removed and torn into bite-sized pieces)
3 tbsp olive oil
1tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
4 cloves of minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Just Magic Seasoning
A pinch of crushed red pepper
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Add ins ( Shredded Carrots, red onion sliced, Bell Pepper Strips, dried berries, avocado, and Hemp Seed)
RAW PESTO
1 1/2 cups fresh spinach leaves
1/3 cup raw almonds
4 cloves garlic
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
WALNUT MUSHROOM MEAT
8 oz marinated Mushrooms with sundried tomatoes
2 cups of soaked walnuts
1/2 sweet onion
5 garlic cloves
2 medijol dates Pitted
1 tbsp red house seaosoning
1 yellow bell pepper
