Located off Williamson Boulevard, the Advanced Technology College is an extension of Daytona State College's Daytona Beach Campus and houses some of the most technologically advanced education and training programs in the region. The ATC is home to Daytona State's Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology and Bachelor of Science in Information Technology programs. But that's not all.
A wide variety of one-, two-year programs in engineering, computer science, and robotics and simulation technology can go toward the credits you need for the bachelor's degree.
If you like to work with your hands, you can enroll in workforce training programs like automotive, heating and air conditioning, machining, industrial management, welding and more.
Daytona State's Emergency Services programs are also located at the ATC. Train for a career in law enforcement or firefighting, or become an EMT or paramedic. It's all right here at the ATC.
The ATC is a state-of-the-art facility, with occupational classrooms and laboratory areas that feature industry-designed, program-specific equipment.
It offers science labs, a multi-purpose room, a media center, and open computer labs. The two-story classroom area surrounds an enclosed atrium that is the site of numerous exhibits and events.
In fact, throughout the facility, you'll find large posters representing all the local manufacturing and technology companies that partner with us here at the ATC, helping us develop curriculum and programs that meet the needs of area business and industry.
