The formula for working out the area of a quarter circle is πr^2/4. Where π is Pi (3.142) and r is the radius of the full circle. So if you needed to work out the area of a quarter cirlce of radius 6cm, then you would work out 3.142 multiplied by 6 squared divided by 4. Make sure you substitute the radius into the formula.
