The All-New F120 by Stratasys.
The system will feature a 10 x 10 x 10” build volume, with ABS and ASA material capabilities. Combined with SR-30 soluble support material, and three available layer thicknesses, the F120 will provide ease of use while meeting the prototyping and light wear tooling application of your business. By taking the main attributes of the F123 Series printers and packing them into a smaller machine, users can expect the same print speeds, quality, and uptime Stratasys is famed for.
Larger Build Volumes With Even More Printing Options
For those looking to expand upon their current capabilities, or that of the F120, the F170 and F270 machines offer additional material options and a larger build volume. The F170 features the same 10 x 10 x 10” build volume but adds flexible TPU and inexpensive PLA prototyping materials. The F270 features these added materials, in addition to offering a larger 12 x 10 x 12” build volume and increased material capacity. This means you will never run out of material during a print, no matter how large. The F170 and F270 will also feature a fourth layer thickness option of 0.005”, which will provide even more detailed and finer surface finish prints. F
Bridging the Gap Between Industrial and Production Capabilities
The flagship of the F123 Series, the F370, boasts an increased 14 x 10 x 14” build volume with the addition of PC-ABS material. PC-ABS allows users to create stronger manufacturing aids, capable of withstanding the wear and tear of the manufacturing floor. The F370 includes the increased material capacity found on the F270 as well as the additional 0.005” layer thickness. With expanding material capabilities in development, the F370 will quickly bridge the gap between industrial and production capabilities.
