Installation Instructions
1. Remove the license plate frame your vehicle.
2. Place gasket in position, screw through hole and tighten to vehicle.
3. Tighten the screws until it engages with a Rhinestone snap.
NOTE:
1.Please remember to take washer out before installing The washers are inside the screw caps.
2.Pass the screw through the washer before tightening it.
