Epiphyllum oxypetalum (also known as Brahma kamal or queen of the night Cactus).These plants are unique because they bloom only at night. They open for a single evening which is likely to begin around 8pm or so.

Propagating this plant is rather simple.You can use a leaf cutting to start a new plant.
