Eduardo Ayres Soares, filmmaker, editor, and teacher, was born in Porto Alegre, Brazil in 1989. He has an MFA in Film Production at the University of Utah. He studied film abroad at the Allegheny College and NYU Tisch and has a Bachelors's in Visual Arts in Brazil. While working at Querosene Pictures, he edited several documentaries, commercials and was the senior editor of the weekly TV series "Banquete Experiências Gastronômicas," which he directed the last two episodes. Also, Eduardo taught commercial filmmaking and film production at the University of Utah to undergrads. Nowadays, he works as an editor and director in Los Angeles.
