About Tomas:
Tomas Tumalovičius is a photographer and sports journalist who has interviewed and photographed our greatest basketball stars. He is the founder of "Krepšinio širdis" - the best known Lithuanian sports Facebook page - and spends each summer with Lithuanian national basketball team.
For the past 4 years, he has been travelling around the world and shooting off-road rallies. He is the only Lithuanian who has photographed the most severe and the most prestigious off-road rally - Dakar.
Few years ago, Tomas found his own school of photography named "Kalbanti fotografija", where courses for both amateur and advanced photographers are held. Tomas takes his best students to Africa in order to learn secrets of photography and feel the joy of an exotic photo shooting.
He has held few exhibitions of large and non-traditional format photography of Lithuanian basketball. For instance, he has transformed Vilnius and Kaunas airports into the huge galleries of basketball photography.
He was named the best Lithuanian sports photographer by Sport Management Association in 2010.
