Black Lives Matter 757 activist Japharii Jones spoke out Tuesday afternoon ahead of a Town of Windsor, Virginia city council meeting after turning himself in and being released on a warrant Monday evening.
Jones spoke to Wight County Sheriff's Deputies, who distanced themselves from the Windsor Police Department, whose officers pepper-sprayed and a Black Army lieutenant and held him at gunpoint.
