Canadian officials were in the U.S. today speaking to Haitians. The message? There's no special program for Haitian communities north of the border. Some 60,000 Haitians currently live in the U.S. on Temporary Protective Status but they could lose that soon, meaning they could risk deportation if they don't leave within 20 months.
