Jeff: Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a look at the GSI Outdoors one person escape table set in the blue color. Now, this will let you enjoy delicious meals and drinks with this nice three-piece table set while you're at your campsite or RV park. It only takes up a little space while you're transporting it. It does include those pieces, all laid out here on the table.Start with this 22 fluid ounce bowl, this nice 17 fluid ounce cup, this folding "foon," which is actually a hybrid fork and spoon, and you can see it does fold; and its nice mesh storage bag.
Now, the bowl and the cup, they are nice silicone sided and they'll collapse to a compact size for packing and transporting. You can see the bowl will collapse just like that and your cup will completely collapse, same way. They can be combined like that for packing and transporting. At the end of this video, I'm going to show you how everything will go together into this mesh storage sack.Now on both the cup and on the bowl, they have the sturdy nylon base and rim on them to help retain its shape, prevent any spills. You can see, they are a nice tapered design.
The bowl has a nice integrated handle on it to provide a secure grip. On both of them, they have on the inside, a measurement guide that's etched into the bowl and the cup. I zoom in a little bit. You might be able to see a little bit right there and the same way on the cup. Basically, what that'll do is it's a measurement guide.
It makes for easy measuring and portioning, and it's labeled in both milliliters and ounces. Now, this is a nice blue silicone construction, which is very stylish, very durable, and very easy to clean.Now on the utensil, it is a folding utensil handle that it'll fold just like that and when you go to use it, it'll lock into place for a nice secure grip. Now, when it's extended and locked, it's six inches long, and it's a fork spoon hybrid. When you unlock it and fold it, it's only about three and three quarter inches long. Everything is pretty much collapsible and lightweight, so it allows for effortless pack-ability into the storage bag.What we're going to do now is get some dimensions on these items, and I'm going to show you how it packs into the bag.
We'll start with the bowl. With the bowl fully open, the length from this end, including the handle, is going to be about 7 1/8". If we turn it this way, just the diameter of the bowl itself is about 6 1/8" and the height is 2 5/16" tall. When we do totally collapse it, the dimensions 6 1/8" stay the same, 7 1/8" stay the same, but the height will be only about 1" tall.If we do the cup, now the cup when it's extended or open just like that, diameter's going to be 4.5" inches. Height is 3.5" tall. When we collapse it, it'll have the same diameter, 4.5" that way, but the height will only be about .75" tall. The weight on everything put together is about a little over seven ounces, about 7.2 ounces.What we're going to do now is, we'll just take this, put it in there and we'll fold our "foon." Then with everything all together, just slide it all right in there. Once we get it all in there, then you can just pull the draw string tight. Pull the lock on it, and you can see just like that, everything's in a nice, compact, lightweight design for transporting.
