Quick flight around the Forth Rail Bridge. Lucky enough to have caught a train crossing just in time before having to return to shore. The small island is Inchgarvie.
Construction of this bridge was complete in 1890 and trains cross on. A frequent basis - I cross it twice a day as my commute on on of the trains you see in the video.
This small island was used as a prison and during the Second World War gun emplacements were installed to defend the bridge from German attacks.
